How to order the book

- The price is $ 24 (U.S. Dollar) a piece plus shipping and handling.
- Shipping and handling fees to the United States via Airmail (takes about 2 weeks):

Shipping and handling fees to the United States via Global Mail (this can take between 4 or 8 weeks and more):
for one book $ 4.50

- If you like to order more than 5 books please contact me BEFORE you order. I will check out the shipping fees and tell you how much they would be.
Here are the steps it takes to order the book "A Footprint on Your Heart":
- Send your order via email to: mail@afootprintonyourheart.com
Your email should include the following information:
First name, last name and your complete shipping address,
the amount of books you like to order
- You will receive an email that your order has been placed and I will mail the Email address that you need for the Paypal payment to you.
Please pay within 14 days AFTER you have received the payment details from the publisher. (Your order will be considered as cancelled if you don't pay within
14 days)
- After I have received the payment I will ship the book to you and inform you via Email.
- Terms of Payment: Paypal only (at least for the moment)
Please note: I can only ship to a confirmed Paypal address. In terms of Paypal a confirmed address means for example that a credit card and billing address is confirmed because Paypal can check that the address is the same as the address on file at the credit card

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied you have the possibility to return the book within 14 days after you received it.
Please notify the publisher via email that you will return the book. The book must be send via registered mail to receive a full or a partial refund of the book - depending on the condition of the book.
After I received the book and it is still in saleable condition you will get the price of the book refunded to your PAYPAL address.
Shipping costs are at any time the buyers responsibility.
Their will a "refund deduction" if the book is not in saleable condition any more.
